Virosan Solution
Virosan (chlorhexidine digluconate 2% w/w, isopropyl alcohol 1% w/w) Solution is used to prepare a 0.5% teat dip solution for use as an aid in the control of mastitis-causing bacteria such as Streptococcus agalactiae, Streptococcus dysgalactiae, Streptococcus uberis, Staphylococcus aureus, E. coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa on dairy cow teats. Solution must be properly diluted with water before use as a teat dip.
