Splinter Tweezers - Stainless Steel
Denco's 4818 Splinter Tweezers are made in Italy of high grade, anti-acid, anti-magnetic stainless steel. Don't let the name fool you into thinking that they're just for splinters, though. While their fine point is excellent for removing splinters, they are also great for any precision tweezing work and are particularly handy for removing hair that has been missed when waxing. If you are prone to ingrown hair or work with wood or metal and have a high risk of splinters, you'll love these tweezers. The fine point grasps and holds and the stainless construction allows for repeated sterilization to prevent infection.
Isolate the hair to be tweezed, grasp it as close to the skin as possible and pull it out in the same direction as the hair growth. Wipe the inside of the tweezer tips after every hair to ensure the best results. Clean your tweezers with rubbing alcohol, then slide the tips gently under the skin and grasp the hair or splinter. Pull slowly but firmly until it is removed.
t's best to keep your tweezers in a dry environment. If they get wet, dry them with a clean towel. Swab the tips with rubbing alcohol after use to keep them clean and germ free.
